Eddie started his career in construction as a teenager working at his brother's construction crew in the Azores, Portugal and moved to the US at young age in search of more opportunity. “Once you get to know Eddie you will realize it is no surprise that Eddie was not meant for a tiny island,” says Lauren. “He has worked his way up to a senior position with an unmatched dedication.”
Joining The Harder Group in 2009, Eddie has earned his way to Senior Lead Carpenter by taking each day as a new opportunity and learning experience. “I love working at The Harder Group because the work is personal. It like a family where I have the opportunity to improve myself professionally and personally.”
In addition to construction, Eddie brings to The Harder Group his 12 years of experience in maintenance for Insignia and CBRE.
